Adamas International Jewellers has launched a new manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario, which will support B2B jewellery production. The site is intended to assist jewellery brands, retailers and independent designers by offering a full range of manufacturing services including chain production and traditional casting.
The facility will produce necklaces, bracelets, rings, pendants and earrings using ethically sourced precious metals. The company has stated that the new site is supported by skilled artisans and can accommodate scalable production volumes.
New digital platform for trade clients
Adamas has also launched a B2B website intended to simplify the process of submitting designs, requesting quotes and placing orders.
The platform enables users to upload STL files directly, with the company managing all stages of manufacturing from casting to polishing and delivery.
Focus on Canadian production and trade support
Adamas stated that the initiative is intended to support businesses developing new collections. In a release, the company said: “You design it, we make it. Just upload your STL file through our new B2B portal—our team will take care of the rest, from casting to polishing and final delivery.”
Implications for the jewellery trade
The launch follows a broader movement in the industry toward integrated production and digital manufacturing processes. For jewellers, the new offering may serve as a domestic alternative to overseas manufacturing, which may appeal to businesses requiring smaller batch production or domestic sourcing options.
The new platform is now live at www.adamasmfg.com.
