The deal also signals the retirement of Adom Knadjian, founder of B&S (Canada) Inc., who departs after a 44-year career that includes receiving the Erol Paylan Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Jewellers Association in October 2023. “Our focus has always been on cultivating client relationships.
